How we handle your email.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, along with the date and time you signed up.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or payment information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We use your email for one purpose: to send you updates about Night Nanny and to invite you to the private beta when spots open. That’s it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your email is stored in our database and, when we send you a message, passed to the email-delivery provider that sends it. Both operate under contract to us and are not permitted to use your email for their own purposes.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, or until the waitlist program ends — whichever comes first.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list.

If you are in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA — including the right to access, correct, or delete the email address we hold for you. To exercise any of these rights, reply to any message we’ve sent you and we’ll act on it.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your email address, including encryption in transit and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this notice as our practices evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
